How do I customize a racquet?
Go to the Calculator tab, select your racquet, choose a baseline mode (factory reference or your own measurements), then adjust the lead and accessory controls. Results update in real time.
What is PRO mode?
PRO is a one-time purchase that unlocks Smart Match, Batch Matching, and unlimited setups. There are no subscriptions or auto-renewals.
I bought PRO but lost access. How do I restore it?
Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchase". Apple will verify your account history and unlock PRO automatically.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and locate the purchase.
Are the calculations accurate?
Tennis Custom uses a physics-based model built on mass distribution, with calibrated real-world positions. Results are close estimates, but professional diagnostic equipment will always be more precise.
Why is twistweight just an estimate?
Twistweight depends on each mass's horizontal swing radius, which varies with racquet geometry. The app calculates contributions from added lead, but the base value is not modified by strings or accessories. It's a useful reference, not an absolute measurement.
Can I add my own racquet to the library?
Yes. In the Library tab, tap "+" and fill in the specs. You can use these racquets in every feature of the app, including Smart Match and Batch Matching.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. All calculations run locally on the device. You only need the internet to download the app and to purchase PRO.
